RAVELLO, Amalfi Coast
Breathtakingly beautiful, Ravello sits above the Amalfi Coast’s seaside fishing villages. Ravello is also known as The Balcony Of The Coastiera Amalfitana. Italy is an incredible country full of history, culture, delicacies and so much more … so here is a walking tour of Amalfi, a town and comune in the province of Salerno, in the region of Campania, Italy, on the Gulf of Salerno. Amalfi is the main town of the coast on which it is located, named Costiera Amalfitana (Amalfi Coast), and is today an important tourist destination together with other towns on the same coast, such as Positano, Ravello and others. SPELLO – The flower town of Italy
Spello is nestled on the southern flank of Mount Subasio, between Assisi and Foligno in the province of Perugia in Umbria, and it’s one of the “Most Beautiful Villages of Italy” characterized by its blooming flowers from door to door. A not to miss event is the “Infiorata”, a Flower Festival held between May and August. During this time of the year, the village becomes more beautiful thanks to this competition: all citizens can participate and adorn their doorways and houses’ facades with plants and flowers.
