    CERVETERI HIKE.

Ciao wanderlusts, Yes, consistency is the name of the game. Today I’ll be taking you to the Cerveteri hike. Are you a hiking or trekking lover like I? Well, you landed on the best page. I love anything outdoors that physically involves my body from just trekking, traveling, hiking, mountain climbing, windsurfing, deep-sea swimming, yeah, you get the drill. And all this I wanna do dressed fashionably because I love fashion just as much. Brief History: Cerveteri is a town and comune of northern Lazio in the region of the Metropolitan City of Rome. Known by the ancient Romans as Caere, and previously by the Etruscans as Caisra or Cisra, and as Agylla by the Greeks, its modern name derives from Caere Vetus used…

Therefore, Welcome to The Monsters of Bomarzo!! Ahoy readers, my fellow wanderlusts sounds better, lol. Anyhooo, I’m back here after a long looong hiatus and I feel like I never left. In other words, I’ve been busy out and about this summer. Thanks to Corona being tamed, consequently life is back to normal, and I can finally travel, albeit with cautions, everywhere! Hello my beautiful people. Today we have a travel blog on Castel di Tora & Colle di Tora. I must say that the place is spectacular! Castel di Tora: Castel di Tora is an Italian town of 278 inhabitants in Rieti province, in the Lazio region and it is located in the Turano valley. It is reflected from the north-eastern shore in Lake Turano. I actually wish I had my camera along but still, the photos were amazing 👌👌. Castel di Tora is part of the club of the most beautiful villages in Italy. I did a blog on Matera…

Hola my beautiful friends, yes today we are doing another travel blog and it’s on Cascata delle Marmore in Italy. I realized that I had tons of content saved up on my phone so I thought why not put it out there. Who knows I might inspire somebody to visit the places that I visited. I generally love traveling, like my whole life has been a journey, lol, pun intended. I’m the kind of person that I just can’t sit still! And if I do, I get pretty grumpy! Ciao beautiful people, hoping that you guys are doing well as I am. Honestly speaking, today Italy is under lockdown, AGAIN! However, I choose to look at the positive side and create more content so, today I decided to blog about my last years’ vacation in the beautiful city, South of Italy called MATERA. We all know that 2020 was the worst year for the Millenials and Generation Z’s especially because we never knew being locked down nor World catastrophe! The only thing that could stop my travel lust was Wuhan Virus. However, the WILL to travel was strong, and I’m so glad I could travel amidst the Pandemia. Despite…

1️⃣ Plan and book in advance: Popular tourist attractions such as Colosseum & the Vatican museums can get crowded during the summer. Also, use Skip-the-Line Tickets to save time and avoid waiting in long queues.

2️⃣ 📸 If you want to take great pictures on most famous landmarks, you need to arrive super early (like before 7AM).

3️⃣ 🤳Stay vigilant against pickpockets: Keep an eye on your belongings, use a money belt or secure bag, and be cautious of your surroundings, especially in busy tourist spots such as Fontana di Trevi, Spanish steps, and public transportation. Be cautious of street peddlers, the most popular is a guy that approaches you and puts a bracelet on your wrist. First, it’s for free but then he wants you to pay for the bracelet.

4️⃣👮‍♂️Validate Your Train and Bus Tickets: When using public transportation, ALWAYS validate your tickets BEFORE boarding to avoid hefty fines.

5️⃣ 💦Bring a reusable water bottle. Rome has many public water fountains (nasoni) where you can refill your water bottle for free. Stay hydrated, especially during the hotter months.

6️⃣ 👗Be Mindful of Dress Codes: When visiting churches or religious sites, it's important to dress appropriately. BOTH men and women should cover their shoulders and knees. Carry a scarf or shawl to cover up if needed.

7️⃣ 📒Learn Basic Italian Phrases: Locals appreciate the effort, and it can make communication smoother, especially in smaller towns where English may be less commonly spoken. Learn a few basic Italian phrases, greet people with a friendly "Buongiorno" or "Buonasera."

8️⃣ 👟Wear comfortable shoes. The best way to explore Rome is by walking and you’ll walk ... A LOT!

9️⃣ 👩‍💻 Buy tickets from the official websites. The prices vary a lot.

🔟🏧Carry Cash: While credit cards are widely accepted, it's a good idea to carry some cash for smaller establishments, markets, or when traveling to more rural areas where card acceptance may be limited.

EXTRA TIP as one who lives in Italy:

👌 There are NO shoulder seasons, unless it's raining hailstones or floods 😅. So you WILL find crowds.
